These terms govern the use of the website and content made available under the Top14 brand (the “Site”). The Site is operated and maintained by EVI Solutions DOO, with its registered office at Topčiderska 14, 11102 Belgrade (Savski venac), Republic of Serbia, company registration number 21975567, tax ID (PIB) 114128395, incorporated on 28 December 2023 (the “Operator”). Top14 is used as a commercial designation of services; for legal relations concerning the Site, the Operator is the responsible party.

The Site provides informational and promotional content about services offered by the Operator under the Top14 brand (virtual office, business address, coworking, and related services).
